Good afternoon,
We have a leaning house to our house (in the same place where we live but independent ...) It consists of 1 bedroom complete with TV. A kitchen and common room with satellite TV (the kitchen where you can cook meals), sofa, heating stove, ottomans, wi-fi, 1 bathroom with shower.
Outside: garden furniture, barbekue space with trees and garden, vegetable garden, with views of the countryside and quiet montanha.Local with enclosed private parking.
Surroundings: Mountain 100 meters, river and ecovia'para walks (along the river Lima) at 500m, 300m highway. Cafes and restaurant 800m. The house is in the village of Sta Cruz Lima in Ponte de Lima.
Nearby villages: Ponte da Barca 5.500m, Ponte de Lima to 10km, 10km Ponte da Barca, Viana do Castelo in the 35km free motorway. Braga at 40km, Porto 85km.Entrda Park Peneda Geres 15km.Temos the baby bed.

Our casainha is set in 4,000 meters of space, it is all fenced. Countryside (in the field) .With views of the countryside and mountain, near the river Lima, quiet area.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
