Five years ago I was a mature student, living in London and sharing a flat for the first time in my life.
I loved the experience. Since my soon moved out I have two spare rooms. Now i have decided to rent one. The neighbourhood is amazing, in a walking distance from nice gardens, the underground (20m from my doorstep), all sorts of shops and restaurants, the university of Lisbon and gyms. The room is about 15 sq meters (170 feet) with a nice view to the main avenue. I´am only accepting mature female students or professional females, for a minimum stay os 2 months. I´m an actress and art historian, living with a 4 years old child. Besides sharing the kitchen, the living room and the bathroom I hope we can also share life experiences and friendship. I am looking forward to meting you.

My flat is about 15 m (by car) from the airport, a 2 m walking distance from the nearest bus and train station, 10 meters from the underground and 15 m from the University of Lisbon and the Instituto Superior Técnico.

House Rules
I don´t allow pets and parties.
Visitors might be allowed in moderation.
Dishes must be cleaned briefly after meals, the bedroom cleaning is up to the guest.
Breaking or damaging something at the property has to be paid.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
