Hello! We are Antonio and Kathinka, and we’re thrilled to welcome you to the wild coast of Portugal.
This dream location combines wild, unspoiled beaches with breathtaking views of mountains and forests—an ultimate escape from busy life.
After traveling the world and managing global businesses, we found that quality time doing what we love is the ultimate reward. We chose to raise our family here and are deeply connected to the area. Whether hiking, surfing, sailing or playing golf, we still feel like we’re on holiday every day.
Living by the sea, we can vouch for its fantastic surfing spots. As a family of surfers, we’re excited to share our favorite secret spots and arrange personalized surfing experiences for you. From surf guides to photography, we’ll ensure you have the adventure of a lifetime.

Prime Location: Set on a property of over 10,000m2, thanks to its elevated location and no other nearby constructions, it guarantees absolute privacy and seclusion, with unobstructed 360º views of the Sintra Mountains and the entire coastline from Cabo da Roca to Ericeira. The property is located in the Colares Parish, within the Sintra/Cascais Natural Park, just 5 minutes from Azenhas do Mar, Colares, Janas, Praia das Maçãs, and Praia Grande, and 30 minutes from Cascais or 40 minutes from Lisbon Airport.

Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
