About the Area
The house is located 2 km from the beach. Only 10 minutes from the city center.
Taxis come very frequently and buses every 20 minutes. It is 5 blocks from the supermarket.
It is a quiet area surrounded by townspeople.
The house is very fresh and has 3 floors.
The first floor is occupied by me.
On the second floor there is a space that has a small kitchen, which has a refrigerator, microwave oven, blender, electric grill, coffee maker and all the utensils to prepare food, a private bathroom and a bedroom where a maximum of two people can stay. . This room has air conditioning and fan. It also has a semi-automatic washing machine.
On the third floor up to 4 people can stay as it has a double bed and a futon. It also has a private bathroom and a kitchen with all the necessary accessories to prepare food. There is air conditioning in the bedroom and fans in the living room.
Any of the two spaces is delivered clean and in case cleaning is required, it has an extra cost.

Meals

The house is quiet, the music is ok but not loud. We ask pet so shut the door so it will not leak. No strange people without permission.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet endroit. Enoe a été très généreuse pour tout ( son temps, ses conseils, sa disponibilité et son engagement). Nous recommandons cet endroit à tous ceux qui veulent vivre une expérience typiquement Mexicaine dans une famille Mexicaine. Enoe nous a beaucoup aidé en ce qui concerne nos déplacements en auto sur l'île. We loved that place and we recommand it to everyone who want to live a real Mexican expérience in a family. Enoe was very helpfull for all. She helped us for our travel by car here on the island.

Enoé was a wonderful host. She was extraordinarily helpful during my stay. Her sons are great kids and I wish I had more time to get to know them.
My stay with Enoé and her family was a great experience. I liked her home very much. It of a typical construction type for the area but was spacious and comfortable. They are very warm and hospitable made me a part of the family during my stay. I am certain that on any trip I might have to Cozumel, I will want to stay with them again.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
