Spacious 1 bedroom with large kitchen and living area for guests to use . We stayed in a 3 story bungalow and we live on 2nd and 3rd floor. The entire ground floor (except small back portion is used as storage space, separated with a partition) is for guests to use. 2 entrances: separate via stairs going down to garden or via host living area.
My place is easily accessible to buses and LRT Station ( 10 mins walk ), to shops like eatery, laundry, post office, 7-11, Chinese restaurant ( 5 mins walk ), and to a recreational park ( Taman Aman ) about 10 mins walk. There is a separate entrance with own living room, kitchen, & dining area ( about 900 sq ft space to use ). Great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families ( with kids ). We can arrange local tours and transport.

House Rules
1. Alternate day cleaning of bathroom, living, kitchen floor except on Sundays. Only done when guests are out.
2. Can arrange home cook meals ; lunch or dinner, charges apply. Please request if needed
3. Air-Con usage is for the room only ( Please do keep the room door close for air-con efficiency )
4. Off air-con and lights when not in
5. Smoking is not allowed in the premise except outside garden area
6. When using the kitchen and its respective appliances, please do tidy up after use
7. Private Transport can be arranged. Please request . Charges may apply

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
