* Our home is three floors, nice, calm, and safe, we are a friendly, lovely, nice family, our guest will be one of our family, under our care in the home or when he or she outside the home, he or she can use our living room where he or she can watsh TV or video, or internet in big size screan, and spend some fun time with the inhabitants as a family, also Guest can use our home office wher he or she can prepares his or her small business and connection, or met his or her business client, we respect the other privacy and their culture or relagions, just love, understanding, care and happiness here, our guest well be in safe and full care with us.
* About host payment, guest must pay his or her period stay in advance, if the guest want to stay more than one week so he or she can pay just one week in advance, payment weekly, or monthly has a discount. and he or she can make some deposite for his or her meal or other residence services!

About the Area
Our house is located on the north-east of Tripoli city, our east part of Tripoli called Tajoura, our area called Hamedia, our house is in the front of the new seaport ( under constracyion for now)exactly, back of Tajoura public hospital, we are near the sea beach, 50 mitres of the sea. we are 15 minutes by car from the centre, 10 minutes from the Airport.
Busses stop 4 minutes walk, there are lots of bus options using this stop, also taxis and privet cars on services.
The area is full of trendy cafes, specialist shopes, boutiques. some nice fashion, pharmacies, hospitals, restorants, everything you need are nearby.

House Rules

- Do not leave air conditioners or lighting or other materials or machines working if not in use.
- If the guest out of the house he should be in touch with the house to make sure that he is ok and in safe.
- If the guest wants to delay after 10 PM or wants to stay abroad, he must let the house know, to not worry about him or her safe.
- The guest can receive his or her known visitors on the day, in coordination with the house.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
