Guests will stay in their own Cottage on my property. On-site host Damion will be at your service for meals or airport transport if needed. Includes a Queen size bed, loveseat, dining table, and kitchenette. Cottage has garden views of natural coral landscape with tropical plants, plus steps from the ocean.

We are located in the peaceful seaside fishing community of Little Bay, just 14 miles from Negril and 45 miles from Montego Bay Airport.

Meals

No pets, No tobacco use inside, Do not post photos of cottage on social media. No fire burning candles.
Ganja friendly
Cleaning fee of $40 for your entire stay, we don't do housekeeping during your stay.
Key Replacement: Costs to replace any lost or damaged keys is $25 per key.
Maximum Occupants: 2 Guest Max. Unless approved by Hosts. If Guest exceeds the occupancy noted in the reservation, all guests and/or visitors to the property can be immediately evicted without refund for unused days remaining. Guest also agrees to pay a charge of $100 per person/ per day for every visitor not identified by Guest in the reservation.
Damage: Guest agrees to pay any damage made by guests or their visitors to the property and property furnishings, fixtures, or furniture.
Cottage Items: All items in cottage have been counted and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest.

Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
