We live just near the city but in a beautiful green area and usually we produce our organic vegetables and fruits. We have 5 rooms for guests, all with a private bathroom, a large garden and a open air swimming pool . Also a space for some tents in a shady smart camping. Parking, wifi, bikes, barbeques for free. We organize also beautiful tours in the Venetian lagoon (for example to visit the wonderful islands as Torcello, Burano, Murano) or in the middle age villages nearby as Asolo and Bassano or to the Dolomites. Treviso and Padova (Unesco Heritage) are about 30' driving. So a shuttle from airports is also possible.
In the night, we often offer a party or some music events

Très bien, c'est un endroit agréable ou tout le monde est charmant avec en plus de bon petit repas fait maison. Je conseil cet homestay a tout ceux qui veulent un lieu calme et conviviale.

I would not recommend this host. We ended up not staying on his house.
First Maurizio was not in the country when we arrived. He gave us another number to contact. Our call to that number went unanswered. We never got a return call from anyone to confirm we had reached safetly or not.
On non receipt of any return call. We took a call and checked in elsewhere since we were not sure we were welcome at his house any more.
A very very disappointing experience where the host showed no initiative in ensuring his guests were safe and reached his house without hassles.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
