The house is surrounded by green landscape and is on top of a gentle hill at the famous historical and artistic town of Perugia, just 12 kms from its historic centre . There all the comforts, including a big garden with a large pizza oven and a BBQ and is surrounded by land ideal for walks.
The house is the ideal starting point for beautiful excursion to the nearby Assisi, Corciano, Trasimeno Lake, Montefalco, Spoleto, Spello and many other places in Tuscany region.
I am very sociable , native speaker of Italian. I was born in Rome, but I have been living in Perugia for the last few years. I have an extensive experience in teaching Italian Language to foreigners both in Italy and abroad (Australia, Hong Kong). I like to make my guests feel at ease, I also enjoy music, reading, travelling, cooking and I speak fluent English and Spanish. I also organize at home Italian Language courses if requested by my guests. I live in this restored farmhouse with my six years old son.

About the Area
The house is surrounded by green landscape and is on top of a gentle hill at the famous historical and artistic town of Perugia, just 12 kms from its historic centre and 20 kms from its international airport. Just 2 kms away down the hill there is a swimming pool and a local restaurant. Just 8 km away there is an area called San Marco with a nice Coffee shop to enjoy drinks, a supermarket and several shops. Just 12 km from the house you are already in the centre of town of Perugia. On the opposite direction you can go to the Trasimeno Lake to enjoy nice outdoor activity like visiting the islands or water sports. Lots of Vineyard are waiting for you for wine and food tasting.

Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please.
It is not allowed to smoke in the house (plenty of room in the garden).
Feel free to use he kitchen but please clean up after.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
