My family and I live on the first floor of the Villa "Monte Caputo". We share with our guests the beautifully maintained garden and the outdoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi. We respect the privacy of our guests, but at the same time we love to talk with Those Who are on vacation, and we are ready to help and advise. The apartment we rent is situated on the ground floor, with separate entrance. It is brand new, and immaculately presented, built just nine months ago. Finished to a high standard, it has a surface of 1077ft2 and includes two spacious double bedrooms, one of Which with en-suite bathroom and Further bathroom.
The living room is bright and spacious with a sofa, dining table and chairs, with an open plan kitchen. The new high-end fitted kitchen has plenty of cupboard storage and comes with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas oven, cooker, microwave and toaster. Robes and towels all provided. Guests enter to the property via a private road and benefits of a private parking.
The swimming pool is accessible through an easy stone steps flight path. It is open from 01/05 to 30/10 and follows the time from 8:00 to 20:00.

It is Advisable to have a car, but 5 minutes walking there is a bus stop linking Monreale and San Martino delle Scale.
Monreale is our small Arabic-Norman Village reachable by car in 5 minutes, where you can find everything you need: banks, supermarkets, postal office, pharmacy, petrol station, pubs, restaurants, and pizzeria.
Monreale famous for its Cathedral in golden mosaic, Which is an obligatory visit for any tourist visiting Sicily.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
