I'm 25 years old, graduating in molecular biology and live alone.
My apartment (3rd floor with elevator) is located in a quiet area, not far from the historic center (20 minutes walk or 10 minutes by bus), in a step away from Gioberti, bustling city street full of shops (restaurants, shopping centers , pubs ...) and typical workshops.
From the airport of Peretola (Florence), the best way to reach the apartment is by taxi (flat rate 20 EUR - 20 minutes) alternatively you can use public transportation.
From the Central Station Santa Maria Novella by bus or taxi.
From the Station of the Champ de Mars on foot in 15 minutes.
The offers two twin rooms with The Possibility of using them as singles. The two guest rooms share a bathroom.

l'appartement est bien situé à 1/4h à pied de la place du Duomo . Notre chambre était spacieuse et lumineuse , des placards à profusion . Le chauffage a été mis en route dès les premiers froids . La salle de bain commune était propre et bien confortable . La cuisine commune était approvisionnée , café soluble , lait ,jus de fruit sucre beurre biscottes , charge à chacun de se le préparer , de laver et de ranger ses affaires . Mattia , travaillant à l'extérieur n'était pas sur place mais pouvait facilement être joint par tél .
Un bel appartement dans un bel immeuble , dans un joli petit quartier , mais un peu vieillissant et pas suffisamment rénové .September 2016
A hospedagem foi ótima! Mattia é simpático e nos deu muitas referências sobre a cidade e restaurantes. A casa, lençóis e toalhas limpas; e o café da manhã simples, porém bom! Recomendo e voltaria a me hospedar lá :)

I had a great time in Florence. Mattia was a very kind and helpful host. He gave me good leads and advices to explore Florence at my own. We had great conversations too. :) My room and the bathroom was fine and you could walk from Matthias place to most of the places of interest and museums of old central Florence. O.k. it needs a while, ca. 20-30 minutes but the view at the way close to the river is worth it. I can recommend a stay at Mattia's home, if I come back to Florence I would like to stay at is place again. Thank you very much, dear Mattia. I hope we will see each other again. Have a great time! Many greetings from Berlin! :)

Our stay in Firenze was very nice. The Mattia's apartment was very pleasant, comfortable and near from the center of the city by foot. We found all facilities around, supermarket, restaurants...
And a very kind welcome.
