My home is a large, modern house, furnished and decorated to a very high standard. It is a warm and welcoming environment. The room available for rent is a large, bright double room, fully furnished with a comfortable double bed and a new mattress, a wardrobe, a desk, and a chair. The house also features a large garden and fast broadband. The downstairs bathroom is clean and tidy and will be used solely by you. The upstairs shower is high-pressure and mainly used by you. There is also a parking space available if you wish to park a vehicle. Additionally, there is a strong WiFi connection. We are a couple, and the house will be shared between you and us.

About the Area
House is well located in a really convenient location in Rathfarnham, with local shops and other amenities such as Dunnes Store, Lidl, Aldi, Tesco, etc., in close proximity.
There are also convenient bus/luas routes nearby, 2 mins walk to bus stop for Route 16, and 14. These routes take about 20 mins to the city centre, also connect you with Dublin Airport via the city center. Those routes pass by many company offices, business centres and colleges such as Trinity College. The number S6, S8 and 74 routes can bring you to UCD and Dun Laoghaire direction. Dundrum shopping centre and Nutgrove shopping centre are also within walking distance.
The famous Marlay Park and St Enda’s Park is within 3 minutes of walking distance and usually have events and markets on during the spring and summer seasons.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
