Myself and my 7 old son want to welcome you to our home. Your room is very big spacious room which is bright and sunny all day. The room has large single bed, wardrobes and desk. The bathroom is shared with one other person who is super clean and tidy. Use of everything in the kitchen, cooker, oven, dishwasher, plates, pots and pans, glasses etc. And use of washing machine.
As I live here with my son the only thing I require is after 8pm if you’re going up or downstairs to be considerate of noise. I’m your room you’re free to watch movies once you use ear phones . We are a very friendly pair and my son is very respectful. We’d love to welcome you into our home.

About the Area
The area is very safe, there’s shops about 2 min walk from the house as we’ll as takeout and chemist and banks. We are 12 min walk to the dart. Or 3 min walk to the artane roundabout where you’ve access to 5 buses. You can walk to St Anne’s park in 15 mins. The community here are friendly and just wonderful

Michelle and Jack are two very welcoming, warm and kind people. I had an overall positive experience during my stay. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made my stay very pleasant. Michelle is truly a wonderful person and always made an effort to ensure I felt comfortable. However, the house shows signs of not having been renovated for some time, which affects the cleanliness in areas for example like the carpet or the shower. With a little more attention to these details, the experience could be even better. Nonetheless, I greatly appreciate the host's hospitality and efforts. Thank you Michelle <3

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
