My home is located a 1 minute walk from the Lough on a quiet cul-de-sac. 20 minute walk from Cork City Centre, 10 minute walk from University College Cork and 30 minute walk from Cork University Hospital. Bus stops a few minutes walk from house.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Deposit:
Deposit is the equivalent of 2 weeks rent and will be taken on the day of your arrival. This will be returned on your departure pending no damages to house.
Rent:
Rent to be paid weekly. The first weeks is due on date of arrival and on that day every week after. Should you fail to pay rent on time your stay will be terminated.
Bills:
All bills are included in your rent. This includes wifi, bins, gas and electricity.
The bedroom:
The cleaning of your room is your own responsibility. No posters/pictures on walls. I provide duvet, pillows and bedsheets however the regular washing of sheets is required by you. Regular polishing and hoovering strongly encouraged.
The kitchen:
Strict clean as you go policy. You are fully responsible for cleaning whatever you use immediately and keeping the area tidy at all times. You have access to all utensils and appliances. You will have a cupboard, shelf in fridge and space in freezer. No food provided. When you are vacating the house after your stay, please ensure all your food is taken/disposed of.
No hot pots or pans on counter top. Please use chopping boards when preparing food.
Bathroom:
You have access to 2 shared bathrooms. Strict clean as you go policy. Toiletries are not provided.
Laundry:
You can use the washing machine, dryer and clothes line/horse/dryer. All washing detergent and other cleaning products for your laundry is not provided and you will need to buy.
Pets:
No pets allowed. I have a puppy who stays downstairs or in my bedroom. I just ask that all doors are closed after you immediately to ensure he doesnt get upstairs/out the doors. This particularly applies to the front/side door of house - they need to be locked after every use.
Low noise policy:
Strict low noise policy applies particularly after 9pm. No phonecalls or loud volume on devices to ensure everyone in the house is able to rest and sleep comfortably.
Security:
Front and side doors to be locked after each use.
Misc:
No guests permitted - this is strictly prohibited.
No smoking allowed.
All food, toiletries and washing detergent etc are not provided and at your own expense.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
