2-please leave your shoes next to the entrance door. Slippers will be provided.
3 - Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!
4- We share a bath/shower room. We have 2 toilets. Guests can use the one near their rooms
NOTE Do not drop toilet paper inside of toilet bowl .

Me with a car that can accommodate up to 4 people. I can host a private tour that can cover the cities of Tehran, Kashan and Isfahan at the service of dear guests and at an agreed price. I own the apartments in Tehran and Isfahan.
10 - If you need a car with driver and it is available for anywhere in Iran you want. And the price for intercity distances is 30 cents € per kilometer and in city of Tehran an agreed price and the type of car is SUV.

The apartment is so beautiful and I had it for myself. The host was always there to help . To set my wifi or to help me change some money or to get a sim. He made it so memorable for me . He was kind and polite.

Unfortunately, due to a serious accident I was hospitalised and unable to travel to Iran for this reservation. I notified Rouzbeh 4 days before arrival to let him know and express my disappointment. I hope to do this journey in November, as soon as I make a complete recovery. You have an excellent service, I eagerly look forward to using it again when next I travel.

I recommend this to everyone who wants to visit Tehran. I felt very comfortable in this beautiful appartement and he also showed me Isfahan. Rouzbeh and his wife are very kind and made they made the stay very special.

I've stayed at Rouzbeh's apartment and it's a gem in Tehran- lovely host with his wife! Great location close to Azadi and #1 Sadeghiyeh Square (mall, park, shoplots) I walked many times at this areas and I totally missed them. I never stopped being happy from the time I arrived until I left. I must say that everything was excellent. As for the room, I feel like home and exceedingly comfortable. If in winter, the room balcony will be so pleasant for a warmth tea beside the snow (what an imagination!) Plus, at rooftop has the most stunning view of night (; Mr Rouzbeh service was spot on and I particularly enjoyed the delish Iranian cuisine served by his wife. We been to Isfahan which was a fantastic journey! If you have some plans in Iran, he will be at your service for a private trip directly to your destination, taking care from the moment you arrived at the airport or simply strolling the neighbourhood if you're not too busy. So not having to worry where to go with your partner/alone. Positioned near Tarash metro station, it's so convenient for you to explore Tehran on your own too. Most recommended staying here. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Mr Rouzbeh est un homme gentil.mais il n'hésite pas à surpeupler son appartement.Ainsi lors de notre séjour chez lui 5 personnes sont arrivées un soir .7 guest plus lui et sa femme dans3 chambres...je ne parle pas du bruit., de même quand il se trouve en compagnie de famille et amis le sommeil est compromis, tout cela pour 30 euros..Il est prêt à chercher et conduire les guests à l'aéroport mais le trajet coûte 20 euros au lieu de 10 euros pour un taxi régulier.Le petit déjeuner plutot frugal.Pour nous d'autres choix seraient à recommander . How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. When can I share my contact details?
