Hello,
I have a great 170 sq m Apartment in heart of Tehran. The house is located in a very calm street but have a very good access to bus, subway, and taxis. You'll be at a 10 to 20 minute distance to anything you'd want to see in Tehran.
I'm a visual artist who lived in North America for 10 years. I'm back in Tehran, and have set up my apartment with passion and great energy and would love to share my space and ideas.
I have two spacious bedrooms: one with a queen bed and also a room with a single bed.
There is a private bathroom for the guests. You can have your meal at my lovely kitchen. We'll have coffee ready all day!
The apartment is filled with art and objects from artists and artisans from all over the world.

About the Area
My Apartment is located in Midtown of Tehran, steps away from local shops and restaurants. There's a 8 minute walk to the main bus line and very easily accessed from both north and south sites of Tehran.

Hoda was great, friedndly and with very useful hints and advice about Tehran. She was busy with work so left me to my own devices which was fine. Her apartment and the bedroom are very artistically done in a nice part of Tehran. Only drawback was the traffic noise as the guestroom overlooks over the main freeway into town.. but if you're prepared for that, this is a lovely place to stay and Hoda is a great host. Thanks

Hoda is a wonderful host and I had a remarkable stay at her apartment. She has a lovely home (as seen in the pictures) in a convenient area of Tehran - close to restaurants, parks, and transportation hubs. She gave me recommendations of places to visit in Tehran (beyond the usual tourist list!) and helped me build an excellent itinerary for my short stay. Hoda is also a very welcoming person and I always had enjoyable conversations with her over breakfasts.

Hoda is an exceptional host. Her flat is cosy and arty place where you immediately feel like at home. It is located in modern and beautiful part of Tehran with nearby restaurants. Hoda prepared a traditional breakfast for me. It's going to be always my memorable stay. I know I will come back to Hoda's home.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
