First of all, we are happy to restart receiving guests (having closed since the pandemic). There are 3 twin rooms,1 double room, a large equipped kitchen, large lounge and a terrace . If you pay for two rooms, you can have it as VIP (THE ENTIRE YAS GUESTHOUSE IS YOURS). You will enjoy an amazing rooftop viewing historical attractions of Kerman as it's at the heart of old quarter of Kerman with walking access to all destinations even exchange shops and hospital! (3 minutes to Ganjalikhan square and grand bazaar), the building is EARTHQUAKE RESISTANT!! (+ Tour desk).
STRONGLY RECOMENDED to tired travelers who look for peace and tranquility, vegetarians and vegans as they can cook what they like (restaurants rarely serve such dishes) and families with children to enjoy their home atmosphere.
FULL breakfast and WiFi are included in the price.
There is the tour desk to help you arrange your visits or to organize best tours and excursions especially to Lut desert.

About the Area
Yas Guesthouse is located right in back of Malik mosque which dates back to Seljuq era (900 years ago) on Piroozi street which is also known as Saam street. In fact, guests are right next to Grand bazaar and Ganjalikhan historical buildings complex. Our guests can walk from 3 minutes to 15 minutes to reach all attractions.

The beds were very nice and we slept well, but the lady was not nice at all and the breakfast not good

Mansour war ein toller, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, er hat in Kerman alles spontan für uns organisiert.
Besonders toll waren unsere beiden Wüsten-Touren. Die Wüste Lut mit den Kaluts ist ein absolutes Highlight auf unserem Iran-Trip gewesen, unbedingte Empfehlung!
Mansour war auch so nett uns ins Krankenhaus zu begleiten als meine Freundin leicht krank war, vielen Dank nochmal dafür!February 2019

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
