I had a good time with the family. His son took care of me if everything and picked me up from the station in the really morning. Mom was so nice and caring to teach me different dishes. Just that it would have be even better if the additional costs are clear.

My girlfriend and I stayed with Raj and his family for 3 nights.
We felt welcome from the very first moment that we stepped into the apartment.
Everybody was really kind and polite, the apartment was really nice too, the room we stayed in was specious and always clean.
We spent a lot of time with the family talking, eating or watching some TV. They taught us a lot about their culture and religion and whenever we had any questions or other needs they would always help us too.
Manorama showed us how to cook authentic indian dishes, we totally loved it!
Pushkar, their son, showed us around town, went to the Aarti ceremony with us, got us some lassis and was in general just always there for us.If we ever come back to Varanasi we would definitely go back to family Jaiswal and we would also recommend it to anybody who is looking for a great host family that makes you feel welcome and safe, that teaches you a lot about Indian culture, offers you a nice, clean room and also serves you great food!
Hopefully we stay in touch, best wishes to you!
