Laxmi Niwas HomeStay is in my bungalow in Chembur, Mumbai and is approved by India Tourism and MTDC (only one in Mumbai). It’s ditto like a serviced apartment.
Rates, booking and cancellation rules:
1. NORMAL RATE OF Rs.8000 per day for up to 4 guests. Rs. 1000 for each additional guest. Minimum stay of three days. Special rates for medical stay and for accomodating upto 20 guests for a family cunction like marriage etc.
OR
2. FULLY FURNISHED STUDIO APARTMENT on second floor of bungalow ₹ 4000 per day. Minimum saty 7 days

About the Area
Property Features:
The Bungalow enjoys superb connectivity due to the Monorail, Eastern Freeway and the Santacruz Chembur Link Road (SCLR) and the BKC
connector.
North facing, corner Bungalow is in center of Collector Colony, Chembur, Mumbai 400074. Frontage of 70 feet by 35 feet. First floor has teak windows of 7 ft. height and the ground floor 5 ft high. Window-panes in
double glass – colored. Kitchen platforms in Granite with cupboards and steel sink. Full marble flooring inside the house and polished Kota stone slabs in compound. Power, water and gas 24 hours.
You can access many restaurants and bars nearby. Many mom & pop
stores (kirana) and medical shops are close by

Meals

House Rules
Covenants:
1. Right of admission reserved with hosts.
2. Minimum stay of three days for ground floor 2 BHK apartment. Seven days for the studio apartment on second floor.
3. Alcohol consumption permitted for foreigners and permit holders
4. Strictly prohibited (a. and b. attract police complaint as it against
the zonal norms)
a. Functions / Rasams that create noise or crowds, band baja,
loud speakers, crackers etc. The objective is NOT to be a
nuisance to the neighbors.
b. Cooking in compound.
c. Smoking in the premises.
5. Outside mattresses / bed sheets/ pillows / carpets are not allowed.
Bed sheets and towels are changed after four days of stay.
6. There is a NO PARKING NOTICE put up by traffic police outside my
bungalow. Pls adhere.
7. Please put off the air-conditioners and geysers when not needed.
8. We prefer that you are there when housekeeping happens –
expected time is between 1000 hrs to 1200 hrs.
9. 24 hours check in. Half day rates will apply after stay of
minimum period.
10. We can provide meals for up to 6 guests. Please see

Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
