Heritage Bungalow 97 Ajmer is located in the oldest yet greenest and cleanest housing society of Ajmer in Rajasthan. It is 80+ years old govt certified heritage Bungalow, just 5 km away from the hustle-bustle of the city. The property has its own lush green garden, a small plunge pool, free parking and wheelchair friendly ground floor house. The guest area is part of same bungalow, where your hosts (we) stay. it consists of 2 bedrooms with one extra large king size bed in each and attached baths. Fully operational kitchen having LPG cooking range, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, R.O. water, cutlery and crockery. The guest area also has a lounge/drawing room with 40" LCD TV, 5 seater cozy sofa set, dining table and a front loading washing machine. The daily use needs such as grocery store, dairy, fruits & vegetable, banks & ATMs, doctors, laundry are just 200 meter from the property.
We provide continental breakfast consisting of bread, butter, jam eggs, tea/coffee, juice and fruit. Lunch and dinner can be cooked by the guests at their kitchen or can be ordered on line.
I am (your host) the Indian Navy veteran and retired Merchant Navy engineer, now staying in the same property. Me and my family shall be available to you at all times.

House Rules
1. Parties and loud music not permitted after 10 PM.
2. Guests are requested to clean the kitchen items, crockery and cutlery after use.
3. kitchn should be kept in the clean and hygienic state.
4. No smoking in the accommodation but permitted in common areas outside.
5. Local guests are not permitted after 9 PM.
6. Pets (Cats & dogs only) allowed but guest must take them out for nature's call & pee.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
