We are the landlords and live on the ground floor of this house. We speak German, English and some French, Spanish and Japanese. We are still young with no children and a dog (akita) and a cat. My father lives in this house, too. He speaks only German.
We are both fulltime workers, that is why we are only home in the afternoon or evening. We already have a lot of experience in hosting guests.

About the Area
Our house is located in the middle of Bad Honnef, from here it is only 2 minutes walk to the bus of public transport, about 320m to the International University of Applied Sciences IUBH, about 600m to the city center and about 2km (about 20 minutes) to the industrial area with supermarkets like HIT , Aldi, Lidl, Net, Takko, KiK, Fressnapf, McDonalds, Voigt Bakery, Gym, Sports Club TV Oak ...
Although we are in the middle of Bad Honnef, it is very quiet here during the day and at night and you can switch off very well here.

House Rules
We offer NO breakfast, here is for the guest complete self-catering.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or in the garden.
Parties, excessive alcohol consumption and drugs are strictly prohibited.
The night rest from 22 - 6 o'clock is to be kept.
Dog and cat (who live in the house) are neither to be caressed nor to feed or the like.
Private or foreign property may only be used after permission. The privacy of the people living here should be taken into account (ie you knock before you enter a room and wait for the answer), friendliness (greet, thank and ask) is a top priority here.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
