Sacha is an absolute awful guest, other guest complained to me about Sacha's behaviour many times as he made them feel very uncomfortable.
He also complained to me many times about the checkout time which is clearly stated on my homestay profile which he did not read properly. He also complained to me many times about not having a full English breakfast provided for him even though it is on my homestay profile that I provide light breakfast which he had not full English breakfast.
