We did everything that Martin asked, even cooked and cleaned for him. Gave him extra blankets, coffee and extra bathroom amenities yet he still had the audacity to give such a poor review. The Profile photos were with family at a family picnic yet he still commented about them. Definitely disappointed with the outcome as it has tarnished my reputation when myself and my parents went above and beyond for such a short stay as well. Very disappointing.
