I have a single level 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house and attach guest house. I offer Cozy room #1 faces west with plenty of natural light, the has a hardwood floors, queen size bed, desk and chair that could accommodate up to guests.
Cozy room 2 has side garden view and is perfect for two friends that don't want share a bed, the has hardwood floors, two twin beds ( trundle day bed ) desk and chair both room have a shared bathroom with home owner.
Guest studio is perfect for 1 person, but it could accommodate 2 guest sleeping on the same full size futon. It's completely private with its own private entrance, Studio has bathroom, kitchenette has microwave, hot plate, small refrigerator, coffee maker and hot tea kennel no stove or oven.
If your traveling group is more than 4 please let me know, you could book one of the cozy rooms in the main house and the other guests can sleep on a comfortable Leather sectional in the living room
The Neighborhood has plenty of unrestricted street parking and a small neighborhood park (green space)
The main house has large kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer. dinning room has direct access to a beautiful backyard with outdoor seating (patio furniture)

Close to public transportation in all directions. Bus stops just around the corner.
Short drive to Hollywood (Walk Of Fame), Santa Monica and Venice Beach, Malibu, Griffith Park Observatory, Down Town LA and more!
Other nearby attractions include:
Hollywood Walk of Fame, Universal Studios, Paramount Studios, Warner Brothers Studios, Miracle Mile, fun Museums! Famous Landmarks and Hollywood Tours, Hollywood sign, Runyon Canyon (for hikes).
Plus, every Sunday there's a charming little farmer's market in Studio City

This is a quiet and safe suburb residential neighborhood with no apartments, condominiums or townhouse just single level homes thats is close to 170 freeway and 101 freeway.
walking distance to super market and bus stop 154 and 230 (MTA) use this bus line to transfer to North Hollywood Redline Station (Subway)
Use the redline subway for Hollywood Walk Of Fame and Downtown Los Angeles.
Burbank airport is 15 mins drive.

Our host Marko was great! So was the house and the room we stayed in for almost a month. We loved the little garden in the back with the fig and lemon tree and the hummingbirds flying about. Thanks so much! Alex & Carina

Had a great stay at Mark's house. The room and the bed are very comfortable, everything is very clean. Great coffee and a safe neighborhood. Mark is a great host, he gave me helpful hints what to do in LA and he was always open for some conversation. I can recommend to stay at his house and I would book again.

He is a very friendly host doing everything for his guests. His house is very very clean and located in a very nice and safe area.

¿Cuándo se realiza el pago?
Una vez que el anfitrión confirma que está disponible, podrás pagar el% en concepto de comisión 15% (máximo de 250 $£€ para reservas de larga duración) y un depósito del 25% mediante: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB y PayPal. El depósito se cobra por adelantado en nombre del anfitrión para protegerse cuando el huésped no se presenta o cuando hay cancelaciones de última hora (dentro de los 7 días antes de la fecha de llegada). El resto de la cantidad, se le pagará al anfitrión en la fecha de llegada.
