La Mansion del Centro is a lovely renovated old house mixing colonial and contemporary styles. A big central terrace surrounded by plants invites to enjoy reading, meals, drinks or resting.
This residence runs by a friendly family that have been in the business since 2001, opens its doors every day to offer accommodation and help support to guests from everywhere in the world. It has four nice and wide rooms with air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, fan, fridge, safety box and private bathroom with hot and cold water service among other facilities. Two rooms with two double beds, one room with a double bed and two single ones and the other one with one double bed and one single bed offer the possibility of receiving groups up to 15 people.
A private kitchen is located in the terrace for those guests who prefer to develop their cuisine skills and prepare their own meals. As well, this area has a service bathroom, so the guests that have already made their check out can have the possibility of taking a bath before leaving to the airport.
The house is in Havana Center municipality, a very central place, just a few meters away from the seafront (our famous Malecón Habanero), the Music’s House, Chinatown, Callejón de Hamel, La Guarida and San Cristobal restaurants, cafeterias, banks and markets. Staying in Centro Habana (Havana Center) is being in a real Cuban environment, discovering in each corner autochthon families’ customs, and at the same time being able to visit the Old Town just in 10 minutes’ walk.
My mum, my husband, my 6 years old child and me form our family, a family that loves welcoming our visitants and make them feel in their own home. To be able to help them during their holidays in our country, i speak perfect Spanish and English, and some Italian.
Other services such as breakfast and dinner, airport pick-ups taxis, laundry, massage, dance, Spanish lessons and personal guides are offered too. For that, we count with a big dinner room with plenty accommodation for big groups, and associated professional taxi drivers, professional dance and languages teachers and professional guides with plenty knowledge of our culture and history. We also have at home service staff 24 hours a day to attend the needs of our guests.
For making the staying of our visitants more pleasant we provide for free: water, coffee and tea during all their staying; their luggage can be looked after while they are visiting other cities; and most of the information they may need we are prepared to give it, such as:

This residence is located in Havana Center municipality, a very central place, just 300 meters away from the seafront, very close to the Music’s House, Chinatown, Callejón de Hamel, the famous La Guarida and San Cristobal restaurants, The Cigar Factory, cafeterias, banks, shops and markets, and approximately 10 minutes’ walk from Old Town to the East and Vedado neighborhood to the West.
We are 30 minutes by taxi from the airport and 15 minutes from the interprovincial bus station.
One of the most visited bus stops by the tourists is one km from home, two bus choices, one for sightseeing the new area of Havana and the other one for visiting the beaches.

The house allows people of any age.
It’s not allowed to smoke inside the rooms.
Check in is at 14:00 hrs, when is possible an early check in is permitted with no fees.
Check out is at 12:00 hrs, when is possible a late check out with extra charge is acceptable.
If one guest has a room for itself is allowed to bring a visitor into the room, but if more than one guest are in one room no visitor is allowed into it. However, visits are allowed for everybody at the terrace till 11:00 pm with their ID.

¿Cuándo se realiza el pago?
Una vez que un anfitrión confirme su disponibilidad, puedes continuar con la reserva mediante el pago del 15% como tarifa de reserva (con un máximo de 250 $£€ para estancias de larga duración), utilizando uno de los siguientes métodos: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB y PayPal (este último no está disponible en ciertos países). Posteriormente, pagarás al anfitrión el mismo día de la llegada, o según las condiciones descritas en el perfil del anfitrión y acordadas en el momento de la reserva. Hay que prestar especial atención a las solicitudes de pago por adelantado por parte del anfitrión, especialmente cuando estas condiciones de pago no están incluidas en el perfil del anifitrión. Todos nuestros anfitriones han sido informados de que si desean solicitar un pago por adelantado, deben indicarlo claramente en el perfil. En cualquier caso, recomendamos desconfiar de quienes soliciten que se realice un pago a través de Money Gram o Western Union.
¿Cuándo se publican los datos de contacto?
Las direcciones de email, los números de teléfono y la dirección postal del anfitrión y del huésped aparecerán reflejados en el email de confirmación que se les enviará a ambos inmediatamente después de la confirmación de la reserva. El intercambio de datos de contacto personales entre los anfitriones y los huéspedes a través de los mensajes que se envían a través de nuestra plataforma, va en contra de nuestra política.
