Mein Haus liegt in der Stadt Thủ Đức, 3 km von der Bình-Triệu-Brücke, 1,5 km vom Phạm-van-Đồng-Boulevard, 12 km von der Innenstadt Saigons und 9 km vom Flughafen entfernt. Es verfügt über 2 Doppelbett- und 2 Einzelzimmer sowie ein zusätzliches Einzelzimmer und Gemeinschaftsräume für Gäste im 1. und 2. Stock: 1) Zimmer 3 im 1. Stock: Wohnzimmer/Balkone, kleine Küche, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschinen, Trockenraum und Treppe, WLAN, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank. 2) Zimmer 1 und 2 im 2. Stock: Zimmer 2 ist ein Doppelzimmer mit Klimaanlage, Zimmer 1 und das zusätzliche Zimmer sind Einzelzimmer. 1 Fahrrad für Gäste. Meine Familie: Ein Paar, das im Erdgeschoss wohnt und bald in Rente geht, würde sich freuen, wenn Gäste in diesem gemütlichen Haus zusammen wohnen. Willkommen in unserer Stadt Ho-Chi-Minh-Stadt.

Liem and his wife are so welcoming and helpful but not pushy at all! The house is really nice and quiet for the region and very well equiped. They invited me to so many fruits and always had coffee prepared. Liem drove me to my bus station even! I had a great time in a local part of Saigon and can only recommend this place!

Liem's place is in an authentic Vietnamese home set in a small road in an active suburb about 9 Km from the city centre, only two bus rides or a 40-50k Grab ride away.
The place had everything I needed and I ended up having the whole top floor to myself.
But best of all was Liem himself!
He would always have coffee and tea ready for me when I came down in the mornings! He is generous with his time, happy to talk and also happy to let you do your own thing.
I highly recommend his place, especially if you're a bit independent and want to stay in a non-touristy area of HCMC.
There's a few nice Pagodas and some excellent chay food to be had just round the corner.

Liem is a super nice and welcoming host. We had a good time in his homestay where we stayed for 2 days. The location is very quiet and far off the noisy street. nevertheless it's a little bit far from center but there's everything you need nearby.. food, clothes, shops,..

Hosts are very friendly and hospitable, nice place to stay if you are searching for discover the real vietnamese life, in suburb of Ho Chi Minh City. Liem can speak French, and English, and he is always joyful to welcome you. The location is also quite good if you are planning to travel in Vietnam by bus, near the long distance bus station. The rooms are quite comfortable, hot water, and even air conditioner on first floor, nice terrace. I definitely recommend to everyone !

The homestay is conveniently located in one of the Ho Chi Minh city superb. It is spaces and well equipped with all necessities, privately located on separate floor. The hosts are very friendly helpful people who will do their utmost to ensure your enjoyable stay. For me it was very pleasant stay with great combination of privacy and friendly help at easy reach when required. I enjoyed exploring the surroundings on my own as well as with the help of my hosts. Dung Duc and his wife Lan are fantastic hosts who help me with transport from the airport, setting up Vietnamese mobile, exploring Vietnamese cuisine, traveling arrangements around the region and further travel to Da Lat. Staying here contributed to the fantastic enjoyment of the whole Vietnam trip. Recommend without any reservations and hoping to visit again in near future.

He is such an amazing host,i stayed with him twice and always great, it's so good to talk to him and his place is a bit far from center but still nice and there are so many restaurants and shops nearby.

I have a good experience with my stay in Mr Liem and his wife's house, they are helpful and very sweet, in addition, within a distance of 200 meters there are various shops and bakeries, lots of vegetables, fish, fruit and meat, lots of restaurants and of course you can also make your own food, fitness club is very close, I would like to thank you for taking good care of me, I will definitely come back

Certainement mon meilleur séjour en homestay au Vietnam. Avec le meilleur rapport qualité/prix. Excellent confort. À proximité de tous les commerces. Situé à 20/30 minutes du centre historique de HCM en moto taxi. De plus Lan et Liem sont des hôtes extraordinaire de gentillesse.

Stayed here for almost 5 months. Love the kind old man and his lovely wife to bits. Come here if you want to escape the noisy crowded city and its silly food prices. Great budget eating places within walking distance if you want to eat out, and a tiny kitchen also available to make your own meals if you just want to stay in. Suitable for short stays, great for long ones.
