We are a young family of four. Me, my German husband, our little son, 9 months old, and a small dog (Pomeranian). Currently, we're living with 4 other flatmates. Unfortunately, they can't speak English but they're all friendly and clean.
You will have a private room with your own key. The bathroom, Kitchen, and living room are shared. The room has a single bed, fridge, desk, chest of drawers, and air conditioning. The room 201 has only a single bed but the room 204 has two beds so it’s suitable for two persons :-)
I am happy to share my favourite spots in Tokyo and surroundings with you. With our little son we normally have quite a busy schedule, but if it fits in, we are happy to cook together or show you around the neighbourhood.

The house is located only a 15 minutes walk from Centre Shinjuku. One of the Citycenters of Tokyo with an abundant number of shopping malls, restaurants and bars.
Only 3 minutes by foot is the Subway Station Nishishinjuku Gochome as well as Convenient Stores like 7eleven or Family Mart and restaurants and cafes. There is a bus stopping right up the street which goes straight to Shibuya or Yoyogi Park and in the other direction to Nakano. So you have really easy access not only to Shinjuku.
Although so close to the city centre the house itself lies in a quiet residential street, without noise from the big city.

Yukina and Marc were the absolute best hosts one could hope for. They were kind, cool, welcoming, and went out of their way to introduce me to people, take me to their favorite local restaurants, and show me things they knew I would be interested in.
Marc and I went to a Hiyao Miyazaki film together, as well as a Kabuki performance. We had a great time hanging out together and conversing about different cultures and their accompanying perspectives. I feel like I made two new friends and I miss them already.

Staying with Yukina and her family was great. They are very nice and conversational. They gave me tips about local activities and the room and services were excellent. There is nothing to complaint when staying with them. Thanks for everything!

I had an amazing stay with Yukina and Marc.
They are really welcoming. They give you the space you need, and are really friendly in the same time. The whole place is always clean, all the other roommates are very respectful. The location is great too, close from the station, which is really convenient. The room was spacious, and with some storing, which is nice.
Overall, everything was great. The whole family is lovely. Levi will give you the cutest smiles, and the dog is so well educated.
I wish I could stay longer, and I can only recommend this place! = )Juli 2023
Yukina and her husband were very nice :) I was glad to meet their son and their cute little dog too! I spent some evenings talking with them and that was nice . They gave me lot’s of good advice about the area , made my stay very easy, from the start to the end and even helped me to get some payement done for a park ticket (I’m so grateful for this!). The house is very clean, my room was spacious and convenient. I could practice Yoga everyday and also felt good in the space . The only reason I don’t put 5 stars is that the wifi was a bit weak in my room and also the other roommates are not really giving any interest to others, which would have been nice on top. The location is fabulous and entrance with code makes it convenient at all time . I overall liked, and recommend this place positively :)

Yukina Marc and their baby boy Levi are such a wonderful people, giving such a great welcome feeling, felt like being at home, they help with any questions you have about staying in Tokyo, very friendly, i really feel so lucky to be with them. The house is renovated , beautifuly decorated, very clean, great location, who ever come will enjoy every minute

Yukina and her Family were very kind and accomodating. The location is very quiet, but still really close to transit and other amenities; a really great location. The house and room were always very clean, and I was surprised how large the room was. It was always very quiet and peaceful so it made for a really comfortable sleep.

Sobald ein Host bestätigt verfügbar sie sind, können Sie voran gehen und zahlen die15% Vorverkaufsgebühr (maximal 250 $£€ für längerfristige Buchungen) und eine Anzahlung von 25% einer Auswahl von Zahlungen mit: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB und PayPal. Die Kaution wird im Voraus im Namen des Host gesammelt gegen No-Show oder spätere Stornierung zu schützen (innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach der Ankunft). Sie zahlen dann Gastgeber der Restbetrag bei der Ankunft. Die Anzahlung von 25% Zahlung an den Gastgeber 2 Werktagen nach dem Tag der Anreise gemacht. Diese Zahlung Kaution wird nur zurückerstattet, wenn Sie die Buchung mindestens 7 volle Tage vor der Ankunft stornieren.
