Welcome to my modern mid-century home!
I work full time with 2 days work from home and three days to office.
The place is in Central location and 10 mins to downtown
Enter from the front entry and leads you to upstair 3 bedrooms. There are all bright and airy with comfy mattress, sheets and pillows.
There is a coffee station on the main floor which has Toaster, Microwave, Mini fridge, Hot water dispenser, Nespresso coffee machine and various tea selections for you to use.
I am sorry that I only accept females.

The house is located on the South West of Calgary in a quiet, safe and trendy neighbourhood. We are 7 km from the city centre. The bus stop is only few blocks away with various routes. Walking distance to Safeway grocery store, Luke’s Drug Mart, Francesco’s Cafe and various cuisine restaurants. Also close to walking and biking pathways. 5 minutes drive to Marda Loop, a shopping and dining district. 5 minutes drive to Mount Royal University and 11 minutes drive to University of Calgary.

Lailan is the best host. She is cheerful, energetic and woderful. Everything was great. It is easy to go to downtown, a food market and it is close to a bus stop. And the house was really clean and warm. I hope to stay here again.

Everything was the best. Beautiful and clean house, and great neighborhood. So quiet and close to downtown and shopping mall. Especially, the host Lailan is so kind. She keeps the house so clean and she helped me a lot of things that I didn’t know. I’m really thank to her. It’s gonna be the best memory in Canada.

Lailan was the perfect host. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. She had thoughtfully made a drinks and snacks station with a microwave and mini fridge. Lailan gave great recommendations for the local area and couldn’t do enough to help. Her warmth and generosity made me feel really at home whilst travelling alone. Thank you so much.

Wann bezahle ich?
Sobald ein Host bestätigt verfügbar sie sind, können Sie voran gehen und zahlen die15% Vorverkaufsgebühr (maximal 250 $£€ für längerfristige Buchungen) und eine Anzahlung von 25% einer Auswahl von Zahlungen mit: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB und PayPal. Die Kaution wird im Voraus im Namen des Host gesammelt gegen No-Show oder spätere Stornierung zu schützen (innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach der Ankunft). Sie zahlen dann Gastgeber der Restbetrag bei der Ankunft. Die Anzahlung von 25% Zahlung an den Gastgeber 2 Werktagen nach dem Tag der Anreise gemacht. Diese Zahlung Kaution wird nur zurückerstattet, wenn Sie die Buchung mindestens 7 volle Tage vor der Ankunft stornieren.
