My name is Barb, I am a Daycare Teacher works from home, I have two children one is married the other in university also am a proud Grandma, we are a very loving Christian family and is very much looking forward to hosting guests to make them feel comfortable. Main intersection to our home is Castlemore Road and Goreway Drive. The bus stop is beside our home and is 10 mins away from all highways, stores, shopping malls and supermarkets, also about 50 fast food restaurant to choose from
to eat. Hospital, dental clinic and so many to mentioned all accessible from my home. We can host long term or short term student
who goes to school or any working people who goes out to work or any visitors coming on vacations.
2 large spacious bedroom complete with bed, vanity writing desk fully furnished, mirror, closet, large windows etc . Kitchen can be used, just please tidy when finish using. laundry once a week preferably after 7.00 peak time or weekend.
Internet service is free also parking is free
Public transport bus, runs right besides my house day and night.
As a Host I love to treat my guest so I offer food to them at times, also love to chat and have a coffee with my Guests to know them more , Also Guests will be providing their own grocery's and washroom supplies, if possible I help out at times.
Please any Short stay (5) days or less cost is $40 per night.

our area is a very lively and prestigious neighbour hood is very friendly and also a great family oriented neighbourhood, shopping malls, diners, churches, schools bars restaurant, fashion boutiques, medical centre hair saloon dentist, daycare. the drive is 10 minutes or less to lots of eating places, also the bus stop is I minutes from side of my home.

Do not think twice about renting a room from Ms. Babita because you will feel at home. The family is wonderful, transportation is convenient, and there are many local shops to choose from in the area. If you have any questions or concerns, she would help to the best of her ability and even offer complementary meals at her discretion. The neighborhood is peaceful, the house is spacious and it was worth every dollar renting.

Babita is very friendly and understanding host. She provided me with my own refrigerator which was very helpful. House and room are very clean, spacious and bus stop is just around the house. I recommend staying here.

She's all polite and all that, but she's whining over use of her detergent, salt, and sugar. Who's going to buy a whole bottle of detergent, salt, or sugar that they can't finish using? Also, the internet is unusable in the room. Even though she promised free internet service, she is unwilling to pay for anything to solve it. I had to buy two repeaters myself and solved it to an extent. So unless you are living for a really short time, eating canned food or eating out the whole time, and have a good amount of data, I would not recommend. She's also forcing me out of the intended 4-month stay after the 1st month . This left me in a difficult place having to look for a housing in a rush.

Hi Titus I am sorry if you don’t really like my place and my service Homestay everyone who comes here usually buy all their grocery and detergent imagine someone paying you a small amount for room and then having to use your stuff every day. it’s not real and especially staying for a long time come in I had lots of people living here and nobody has had any issue but that's what you think, so let it be
