- The house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, portal, living room, dining room, kitchen and terrace.
- Two independent rooms with their bathroom interspersed each, for tourists and two rooms with a bathroom for those at home.
- The tourists, as in family, use the other compartments, that is, portal, living room, dining room, terrace and kitchen.
- The roof is another space that can be used to lay and dry clothes, smoke, read, drink fresh, etc. It has a view to the hotel La Ermita, for some mountains and for part of the neighborhood where the house is located.
- The client has the possibility of arranging and using household resources such as: refrigerator, blender, microwave oven, hair dryer, TV, washing machine, etc.
- Site for parking of motorcycles and cars, at no additional cost.
The family at home consists of three people, all graduates of higher level. Heliodora Bachelor in Library Science and Information Sciences, Julio in Agronomy and Forestry and Yadiel, Bachelor in Physical Culture. Also the grandmother (mother of Heliodora), lives at home.

1. The majority of customers who visit us say that they have felt like in their own homes here. The family is simple, treatable, communicative and its fundamental premise is friendship over money.
The house is also characterized by its simplicity, with pleasant colors, with a lot of tranquility, near the center and of places of interest such as the Plaza, museum, markets, restaurants, areas of festivities and dance, Valle de Viñales, mountains, etc.
There is room for parking of cars and motorcycles.
Children are treated like our grandchildren and they are not charged for the services provided at home.
Customers are welcomed in the square, upon arrival of the Via Azul.
At home they are offered a welcome fruit cocktail and all the tours and activities that they can run in Viñales and Cuba are explained in detail. They are helped to create a program for their stay and that this is the most economical way possible

• Located three minutes (walking), from the historic center of the town of Viñales and the square, a quiet and safe neighborhood.
The bus stop is 3 minutes walk from the house, the beach is 2 hours by car.
The area is full of modern bars and restaurants,

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
