We offer warm and comfortable accommodation: air-conditioned, independent with its own entrance without having to access our house. It has the exclusivity of having a beautiful solarium terrace that offers wonderful views of the mogotes of the Valley and a farm that grows the best tobacco in the world.
The location allows you to be intimately connected with nature: due to its proximity to the Valley's trails, its mountains, caves, natural pools, coffee crops, tobacco... and at the same time provides proximity to the city center (7 minutes walking) to visit places of interest such as: Banks, Money Exchange, Squares, travel agencies, Restaurants, bars...
We help you organize the best activity plan for your vacation (we work with guides and legalized agencies that offer security in the service, and according to your preferences and time we can offer you our management. The accommodation has a triple room, independent with private bathroom, dining area, terrace, lobby, garden, free parking, dressing room, minibar, safe. Gastronomic services, laundry, room services, free Wi-Fi are offered. We are at your service 24 hours a day.

About the Area
Our house is located north and on the outskirts of the city, just 700 m from the center (7 minutes walking), which allows the guest to be more in contact with nature and at the same time easily access places of interest such as: shopping centers, Banks, Cadeca, travel agencies, bus stops, hospital, restaurants, bars, museums, squares. You can enjoy, due to its proximity, to the areas of the Valley through: horseback riding, hiking and also taking excursions to the caves and natural pools, the canopy (zip line with the best views of the Valley), among others. Near the house there is: El estanco market and restaurant, Mi rancho coffee bar, El mogote Coco just 500 m away and the lake approximately 1 km away to swim, fish and enjoy the landscape and the house where the best tobacco in the world is grown just 20m.

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
