Our house is located on the third street of parimony, no more than 7 minutes from the central square, if you arrive on foot, by car less than 3min.Typical house of Creole tile, with independent rooms provided with air conditioning, fan, minibar, bathrooms with hot and cold water and a garden portal, where customers can take advantage of the privacy, tranquility and atmosphere of the place, as well as being in touch with our family, with whom you can share information talks about Vinales, the options to visit and enjoy where to go to dance and listen to Cuban music, as long as you want.
They offer breakfasts, snacks, dinners, cocktails, all, and with the helpful love of Maria Elena, my mother (co-host) and Maria Lina; my sister will feel like at home !!
This magnificent accommodation is close to all the tourist attractions in the area and the important places of the town such as banks, cafes, Viazul bus terminal, central square, cultural centers and others

Our house is located in the third heritage street, a quiet and safe neighborhood, where children find their playground in the street at sunset. We are located at no less than 6min walk from the central square around which are the other places: bus station, shopping center, cultural centers, pharmacy, cafès and others.

House Rules
The rules of the house, the time of arrival is from 14pm and frexible at 10am.
When you arrive, you will be informed of the conditions of the rooms and your key will be given to you, once installed you must hand in your identification for the inscription in the accommodation, according to the official regulations.
No people from outside the rooms should enter.
The common areas are the portal, the gardens, dining room, hall.
You can smoke in the outdoor areas: portal, terraces, gardens.
Smoking Rules

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
