My accommodation is simple but very clean and colorful, it has a nice and natural atmosphere. I am a simple teacher of History of a very good family, I guarantee my guests the best of the rooms I like to share my house with them and that they can feel in family and to know a little more about Cuba. We offer horseback riding or walking through the Viñales National Park, taxi service, breakfast, lunch and car parking. In the place you will enjoy a great tranquilidada and menas talks. The house is very central. A few steps from the Hospital, from the square where you can connect to the wifi, dance and take the bus, visit the Church, the house of culture, the art gallery and many nightclubs.
Each room has two beds, a minibar, air conditioning and a wardrobe, separate bathroom with hot and cold water and a space for recreation.

About the Area
Our house is located in the neighborhood of the policlinic or hospital, it is a quiet and safe neighborhood 2 minutes from the center and the bus stop, it has the shopping centers very close, the house of music, the botanical garden the meso, the Valley and the Indian's cave.

House Rules

1) Unlimited entry time and departure until 10am. These schedules are flexible taking into account the situation with transportation, you can agree with the landlord prior to booking.
2) Your reservation will be guaranteed all day.
3) The guest must pay in case they break any equipment made available to them.
4) Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. (You can smoke on the terrace, porch and patio).

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
