You will love my place because of the cozy space, the views, mainly the Havana Malecon, cool, airy, spacious place. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers and families (with children). The apartment is very spacious and spacious and guests can share with us in common areas like living rooms, dining room, etc. We really like to feel like hosts, although if you do not prefer it, we respect your privacy all the time. We can help and facilitate or suggest places of interest, both in Havana and in other provinces. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. There are several buildings, not very high and some houses. It is very close to the US embassy in Cuba, which makes it in particular a zone with security cameras and law enforcement officers that guarantee the security of the area. It is a very central area, with easy access to means of transportation, both public and taxis. Although there is no individual garage for cars, as it is a very safe area can be parked cars in the street, because it has a parking service that custodian. Internet access from Cuba is somewhat limited, but there are areas of access to wifi very close to the house, both in public places and in nearby hotels. Cards are sold to access this service in several places nearby.
The room has two single beds that can be joined if you wish. The bathroom is for the exclusive use of the guests and is also very spacious and with bathtub. There are large windows with a view to the sea wall, both in the front and the bottom of the apartment, as well as through the windows of the room. If you wish, you can open the windows and enjoy the fresh air coming from the sea and not use the air conditioning. If you want to sleep a little in the morning, with the curtains unfolded the light does not pass and the place is quite calm, there are no environmental noises. Our ultimate aspiration is that you feel at ease and enjoy your stay to the fullest.
We are three people at home (my husband, my daughter and I), but we did not interfere in the tranquility of the guests. We can communicate perfectly in English too.

About the Area
Our house is to the north of the city, very close to the well known Malecón Habanero. It is a very cool place, ventilated and with easy access to bus lines, private or collective taxis that transit through the Malecón. We are very close to some hotels such as the Hotel Habana Libre, the Hotel Nacional de Cuba and the Presidente Hotel, from where numerous excursions to different places of the country. We are 10 minutes by car from the historic center of the city or if you prefer you can walk along the Malecon, enjoying the views and the sea breeze, which will take about 40 minutes. The beaches of eastern Havana are 30 minutes by car, very beautiful beaches, with very fine sand and transparent waters.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
