The hostel is a lodging house that is rented with family. It is located on Calle Colón, in a privileged location, because it is surrounded by the best restaurants in the city, particularly the San José restaurant. Also very close to the Currency Exchange Houses (CADECA) and Carrillo Square that marks the center of the city. From this house you can reach the Plaza Mayor in 5 minutes, which defines the Historic Center or Monument Area of the city. The house has for its guests a room, 2 air-conditioned rooms with private bathroom each. Each bathroom has a permanent supply of cold and hot water. It also has a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and everything necessary for its residents to prepare their food, although you can request the gastronomic service to the owners of the house.
The owners of the property live next door, they have experience in dealing with tourists as one of them works in a hotel like Carpetera for several years. They are always available to answer questions from their guests, to recommend excursions and the best places to visit in the villa. Book in this house and inform the family of your arrival time to wait for you at the point of arrival.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
