This house is complete and private for the guests. It is located 10 minutes walk from the Plaza Mayor and with quick access to the main tourist attractions. The house has 2 air-conditioned rooms, with 4 beds in total, in each bedroom there is 1 double bed and 1 staff, a private bathroom with hot water 24 hours, shared for both rooms. The kitchen is enabled for the use of guests, there is a refrigerator. In the living room there is tv, fan and comfortable seats.
The house has a spacious backyard to read, sunbathe or relax with the family. We offer the first free breakfast. The hosts live nearby in another house, just 1 block away, and we are always available to help them.
The hosts call us Cefe and Yeni and we assure you a cozy and comfortable stay. Our guest house will allow you to feel at home, live your way and have total privacy, and the location is good, because it is only a short walk to the Historical Center, Plaza Mayor. There is a detail that is important to mention, the Trinitarians are fortunate to have a disco in one of the oldest caves in the city, it is a very visited place, ideal to have fun and enjoy with friends, well, from our house to the Disco Ayala is reached by walking in only 6-7 minutes. Also very close to the house is located the Plaza Santa Ana, with a church in ruins and a very central park from where you can see the real life of the Trinitarians.
We invite you to enjoy Trinidad from our house, a house with good lighting, very ventilated and comfortable because it has tv, refrigerator, fans in the bedrooms that are also air-conditioned and in the living room. We offer you free linen, sheets, quilts and clean towels, as well as toiletries, soap, toilet paper.
In the kitchen they can make use of electric cookers and burners, crockery, there is also a dining area, in short, guests can prepare their own food but if they wish, they can ask the hosts to prepare dinner and breakfast, then we go to the guest house and prepare the food, you will always choose the time and the menu, you should only request the services in advance.
The cleaning of the accommodation will be done with the prior permission of the hosts and whenever you allow it. We also offer laundry service (for a fee).
If you arrive to the city on Bus Viazul, we can wait for you at the bus terminal, so you will feel more secure, once you are on the side, if your luggage is heavy, you can take a transport to our house, it can be a tricycle or taxi, if your luggage is light and you want to start to know Trinidad, then you can walk about 15 minutes and you will have arrived home.
We will always wait for you in the house to give you the keys, explain each detail of the accommodation and offer you advice on how to move around the city, tell you which streets you must travel to shorten distances, in short, we will have a reception to exchange and get to know each other, neglect, respect your privacy, it will only be for you to be comfortable at home and in the city.

About the Area
The neighborhood is the usual Cuban or Trinitarian neighborhood, but quiet, surrounded by friendly neighbors, educated and respectful, but finally Cubans, since dawn you can hear the bakers hawking bread, you can see children in the streets together with their parents who walk to schools and their work centers. From our neighborhood you can fully enjoy the daily life and customs of Cuban families. In the vicinity of the house, on the way to the historic center, there are bars, restaurants, hairdressers and already in the Plaza Mayor you can enjoy famous places such as La Escalinatas, Casa de la Trova, Museums, The Church and many other emblematic colonial mansions of the city where they will also enjoy our rich music and culture in general.

Children are allowed, we can arrange a nanny in case you want or need to leave and leave the children at home.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
