Alexis has prepared the second level of his house for the rent of a room with wifi and his private bathroom, has a terrace on the third level with sunset and city view. The house is located very close to the bus exit and taxis for La Boca and Ancon beach, as well as being a 10-minute walk from the street that defines the beginning of the Monument Zone. The host and his family live on the ground floor and the rooms and other spaces for guests are located on the second level. The entrance to the lodging is made from the portal of the house using a safe staircase that ends on a balcony overlooking the street. The room has comfortable beds and a bathroom with permanent supply of hot and cold water. the room is heated, allow a pleasant stay inside the house. There is also a dining room where guests can enjoy the gastronomic offers prepared by the hosts at the request of the clients or self-prepare their food in the kitchen available at the lodge. In addition the hosts inform and recommend their clients of the best tourist options of the city and its surroundings and manage them if they want city guides and for excursions, horseback riding and many more activities. Book at Alexis and family's house, inform them of your arrival time and you will be expected at the point of arrival.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
