The Fontiarc lodging house is a family house that rents rooms for foreign tourists. Located just 20 meters from the Plaza Mayor, it is surrounded by the best recommended places for travelers interested in getting to know the colonial part of Trinidad, such as the History Museum that is located in front of the house, and 4 other museums, the Iglesia Mayor , the House of Music and its busy staircase, restaurants, nightclubs and many more. Upon arrival, the family offers you a free fruit juice, fruit cocktail or coffee.
The room has air conditioning and two wall fans, between the beds there is a table with a reading lamp and it has a desk with a chair ideal for working with a laptop, as well as a refrigerator with water, soft drinks and beers. For couples with babies, a cot can be added at the client's request. The bathroom is inside the room and is for the exclusive use of customers. The telephone for local calls is made available to guests free of charge and also helps in the management of the next destination.
Note: Reconfirm the reservation 2 days before arrival. Failure to do so runs the risk of losing the reservation made. Inform the family of your arrival time and they will be expected at the point of arrival.

Perfect location just 1 minute walk distance to.Plaza Mayor and 5 min to Viazul terminal.Family is so friendly that any question can be asked.Breakfast is strongly.recommandation as it is really rich . And kids are lovely especially the girl Dalie .

Nuestra estancia con Liena, David y toda la familia fue encantadora. Son gente de corazon que hacen todo lo posible para que los clientes esten lo mejor posible. Los niños son adorables y todos fueron particularmente cariñosos con nuestra bebe. Los desayunos fueron ricos y particularmente abundantes. Es seguramente uno de los lugares mejores ubicados en toda Trinidad, en frente del museo y a una cuadra del zócalo. Viven literalmente en el centro vital de la ciudad. Es el lugar perfecto para descubrir esa hermosa y única ciudad que es Trinidad, especialmente para una familia.

Notre séjour avec Liena et toute la famille a été fantastique. Ce sont des gens très généreux et fort sympathiques qui font tout en leur pouvoir pour que les clients soient satisfaits. Les enfants sont tout à fait adorables. Les déjeuners sont délicieux et très abondants. C'est clairement l'un des endroits les mieux situés de Trinidad, en face du musée et à un coin de rue du parc central de la ville. Ils vivent littéralement au coeur de la ville! C'est donc l'endroit parfait pour découvrir cette ville superbe et unique ville qu'est Trinidad, surtout si vous y allez avec toute la famille!

Liena is a lovely person and has a great family. The location of her house is just perfect (right beneath the main plazza and not even a 5-minute walk from the Viazul station). We enjoyed our stay at her place. I highly recommend it if you plan on staying in Trinidad!

Lovely friendly family.great location in centre of Trinidad. Limited natural light in room due to history of building and subsequent layout. Would recommend. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Amazing host in Trinidad, highly recommended! Great location, right in front of plaza Mayor and very near the bus station, walkable distance! Liena and her family has been really helpful and warm and provided us with a lot of information we need for our stay in Trinidad. They also have 2 super cute baby twins! Really enjoyed our stay in Trinidad!

Had an amazing few days staying with Liena and her family. They were extremely friendly and accommodating, answered all our questions and gave us some great recommendations of things to do in Trinidad. Her house is in a perfect central location and the room is adorable. Thanks for a great stay!

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile.
