The apartment is located on the ground floor, with direct access from the street, it has a terrace from where you can see the Havana boardwalk, living room-kitchen-loft, equipped with everything you need if you want to prepare some food (kitchen , minibar, utensils). In addition, it has a heated room with a double bed, in case of children we can enable a small personal bed, and a bathroom with cold and hot water.
The property has all the amenities to ensure a pleasant stay, room with air conditioning (split), fan, TV, a beautiful and comfortable bed, mirrors, hair dryer, private bathroom with hot / cold water, induction cooker burner, kitchen utensils ( frying bread, casserole, cutlery, plates, glasses), minibar, electric and conventional coffee makers. We include laundry service and cleaning service and change of sheets and towels. Free help is provided to the client in reservations, management and other needs. Upon arrival in the city, taxi services are offered from the bus or railroad terminals, as the case may be.
It is a modern construction apartment with lots of natural lighting and ventilation. It is located in a magnificent, central and quiet area of the capital Vedado, just two blocks from the street Line and four blocks from the street 23, near the Malecón and some of the best places in Havana such as:

2 Restaurants: El Cortijo, El Wakamba, El Polinesio, El Emperador, El Monseñor, El Biky, El Toke, Waoo, La Roca, Las Bulerías.

Public transport available to almost all the places in the city. A rental car agency just 100m, galleries of stores Foctsa and Galleries Walk to few meters. Because of its proximity to the United States Embassy in a very quiet and safe area, it is ideal for walking at night and is in aaluso parking cars in the street.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
