Rent within the same house two rooms totally independent, very comfortable, quiet and air-conditioned, with all the comforts and private bathroom.
The house is spacious, located on the ground floor and has a living room, kitchen and a large terrace where you can taste a delicious Cuban coffee while enjoying one of the most beautiful views of the town.
We are in the residential area of Miramar, a place of high interest due to its natural environment and close to the sea. You can find, in this area, nightclubs, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping centers.
We are located only 20 minutes away from the historic city center, our position is ideal for taxi transfers throughout the city.
I study medicine, I enjoy meeting people and it will always be my pleasure to help you organize your trip with useful information. I speak spanish and english.

About the Area
Our house is located north of the city, in a quiet and safe neighborhood, 1km from the coast. It is one of the most desirable areas of Havana. It is a residential area, 5km from the center and only 20 minutes drive from the airport. The bus stop is just a 2-minute walk from the house and although the bus has bad service, you can take taxis at good prices at the stop.

Recomiendo La casa de Javier es un apartamento perfecto i bonito con un patio bonito para pueder estar disfrutando las noches tambien i esta como 10 minutos de la playa para pueder ir a darse una refrescada i en taxi para la havanna son como 15-20 minutos en taxi asi que perfecto lugar.
El propetario es responsable i amable i esta siempre a la orden de lo que Uno nesesite.

El trato fue muy agradable durante la estadía, me presentaron a Alejandro quien me ayudo a visitar otros lugares de la isla, ocupándose de que mis vacaciones fluyeran a la perfección <3, en todas las casas que me hospede durante mi viaje, fue una de las mejores y con el mejor desayuno ;)
La zona es muy agradable y tranquila, único pequeño detalle es la distancia a la Habana Vieja, pero en definitiva me volvería a hospedar si regreso.January 2017
Wonderful, won't hesitate to stay there again. Great accommodations and a wonderful family. It was our first trip to Cuba and they were extremely helpful in planning our trips to other areas of the Island.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
