Independent entrance a few meters from the beach and a few minutes from the city center and the Hemingway Marina. I offer breakfast excellent and varied at a very good price. Good restaurants in the surroundings and easy communication with the city of Havana.
I maintain good relations with diving professionals, snorqueling, as well as cycling, whose services I can help you access. Also my house is reserved by people who have cars and cycles on their trips to Las Terrazas, Soroa, Viñales and other sites in Pinar del Rio, or traveling from the Baracoa Beach airport located 1 km and a half from my house.

Our rules are simple.The guest is responsible for the care of things during their stay, no visits are allowed outside the rental. We are strict in that.
Form of payment: I request an advance payment of 15% of the reservation and the day of arrival the remaining balance.
"Cancellation policies": For cancellation of the reservation the guest needs to contact us at least "7 days before" the day of arrival for the refund of your money.

Bonne alchimie avec cette famille. Oui, très belle rencontre avec la famille entière !! Tous très aimables et serviables! Lorsqu'on va chez Luis, on partage aussi son amour pour l'art, l'histoire.. il a envie de partager et faire découvrir des lieux magnifiques et insolites...
Qui pourrait croire que ça existe..? Nous gardons un magnifique souvenir..

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
