Spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and centrally located independent 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of downtown Havana – a vibrant part of Havana. Very close to places of historical and cultural interest (Malecón, Capitol, Paseo del Prado, Cathedral).
The most vibrant place in Havana -the famous Malecón Habanero- is only 200 m from the apartment! You can see the blue of the sea and feel the breeze on your face from the balcony.
It consists of a colonial-style living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen with table, balcony facing the street and air conditioning.

Bedroom #1 is spacious, with a double bed, closet, and air conditioning.
Bedroom #2 less spacious, with a smaller bed (140x200).
The kitchen is well equipped - fridge, oven and stove, blender, multicooker. Water heater for Te.
The living room is furnished in colonial style and has access to the balcony
The apartment is not adapted for the disabled, it is located on the third floor without elevator.

About the Area
Our spacious living room and our sunny balcony will make you part of Cuban daily life, you will enjoy the local spirit, observe the customs, the cheerful atmosphere and the bustle of the neighborhood. (You can only hear it from the balcony since the house is high. ) You can listen to the vibrant music, see vendors selling their wares, as well as people gathering, playing dominoes, dancing and greeting everyone in the streets. It is the general atmosphere that can be found throughout the tourist area of Centro Habana.
Apart from the Malecón you can enjoy an incredible and always crowded Paseo del Prado, an avenue that connects the Malecón with the Capitol.
Visiting our apartment you can breathe a true Havana
There are two main arteries where collective or personal taxis circulate.
(San Lazaro one street away and Neptuno 4 blocks from the apartment. There is also the Avenida del Mar or Malecón that connects the entire Havana coastline. In the central park, less than 1 km from the house, there are the tourist buses that will take you around the city or to the beach.
You can also have innumerable shops and itinerant greengrocers.
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
