House with 5 air-conditioned rooms with private bathroom, living room, holl, kitchen-dining room, breakfast room, bar, front door. We are only in the house to give guidance and support and take care of cleaning. The 5 rooms are always available for guests. We adjust prices if 3 or more rooms are reserved by families or friends. The house has a kitchen, breakfast room and its own bar, where you can prepare your food and organize activities according to the rules of the house. (to rent it complete).

About the Area
Our house is located north of Havana City, near the Havana seawall, it is a populous neighborhood, generally quiet and safe. We are 2.5 km from the Capitol of Havana, 25 minutes from the Airport. The bus stop is less than 1 minute walk from the house and this stop is used by several bus lines. The Beaches are only 15 minutes away by car.
The area is full (full) of cafes, bars and modern restaurants, there are supermarkets very close to less than 2 minutes and the minimax also less than 2 minutes. Specialty stores are only 15 minutes away on foot. The Chinatown is also very close, on foot it is only about 10 or 15 minutes away.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
The payment is made upon arrival of the client immediately after receiving his room. Guests should not smoke in the rooms, but in designated areas inside the house for smokers. They are allowed to receive visitors but preferably in the common areas and prior identification for their safety. Customers will always have the possibility to talk with the owner.

Smoking is allowed indoors and outdoors.
How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
