Apartment located one block from the malecon habanero, very ventilated and clear. It has a balcony (common area) with sea view, 2 rooms with private bathroom, cold water, hot water, air conditioning. It is located on the second floor of the building (no elevator). Mrs. Eida Hernandez (owner) lives there with great pleasure.
Mr. Eida Hernandez (owner) takes care of them, I am retired and I was a History teacher. I like to talk and meet people. I am willing to help them in whatever they need during their stay. Although I only speak Spanish, I have communication facilities. It will be a pleasure to receive you. In the vicinity you can enjoy several attractions of Havana, firstly the beautiful malecon habanero, which is only 100 meters away, the "Casa de las Americas", the "Museum of Decorative Arts", the "Plaza de la Revolucion", the "Cemetery of Colon", the ice cream shop "Coppelia" among others. The historic center of La Habana (Old Havana) is only 5 minutes away by car / bus. At only 200 meters there is a stop of the Tourist Bus. I love receiving people in my house, making new friends. I would like you to feel as comfortable as at home.

About the Area
Our house is located to the north of the city in a quiet neighborhood, just 5 minutes from the historical center "Havana vieja" and 20 minutes from the Jose Marti international airport. The Tourist Bus of Havana is 200 meters away (Hotel Presidente).

Muy buena hospitalidad, limpieza un 10. Trato y atención inmejorables, los desayunos fantásticos. Eida es muy cariñosa y un amor, su conversación muy interesante e instructiva. Su dulce de guayaba es espectacular. Nos sentimos como en casa.
How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
