Two-floor house with a comfortable room with private bathroom in the center of the city, living room, kitchen, dining room, patio, terrace and telephone. Breakfast service, pick up at the airport, among others. Close to the Capitol, the Havanan Malecón and several Shopping Centers. For our guests, the best.

House Rules
1- IS PROHIBITED: The entry of minors without their parents.
2- Carry or consume drugs inside the house.
3- The entrance to prostitutes or pimps.
4- Meetings of a political nature against the principles of the Revolution, the country and our laws.
5- High music and TV, noises, parties, unnecessary door pulls that could disturb the neighbors, as well as talking loudly in the corridors of the building.
6- Carry or keep firearms, knives or martial arts weapons inside the house.
7- Save tobacco, alcoholic beverages, works of art without the proper official invoice and customs clearance.
8- Customers must present their passport upon entering the first day to be registered in our book and reported to Emigration, with their personal data, and pay the full value of the agreed stay upon arrival.
9- The house does not guarantee returns of cash to customers who leave the property before the agreed date for reasons unrelated to the comfort, good functioning and good service of our house, since the date previously reserved and agreed with the client or agency has been Respected until your arrival, discarding other customers.
10- Customers must preserve and care for the property and its inventory, and must pay the value of the broken items or damage to the property according to the value of the item in our inventory if necessary.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
