Residence of the year 1956 with modern total repair. Surrounded by a large space of fruit trees and palm trees in which you can enjoy silence and privacy. The residence has three private rooms with interior terraces, total comfort, security and tranquility for visitors. all rooms have a hair dryer, hot and cold water, mini bar, ironing board, safe and umbrellas if the weather requires it. It is close to hotels, shops, restaurants, ten minutes from Havana's boardwalk and the old part of the city where you can visit museums and discover our customs and culture in places of interest. We are also twenty minutes from the airport. We have taxi service and direct recommendations of the main historical and cultural places of the city as well as restaurants, beaches, bars and other places of recreation. We offer all the facilities to make your stay rewarding
Services and common areas for guests
We offer a common pool area and jacuzzy with beds to relax, bar service with an additional price. Towel and barbecue service to make roasts outdoors. We offer breakfasts as well as planned dinners to suit the client for an additional cost. We have taxi service and laundry.

Our area is very quiet residential and of total security to only three streets of the famous fifth avenue of Havana. Close to the airport and the city center with its beautiful boardwalk.
How to move
We offer taxi from the house 24 hours. As well as total availability to inform the routes by which you can reach more easily to places of interest. Although we have hotels, stores and restaurants that can be accessed by walking.

Meals

The host cancelled the booking 11 days before the arrival date.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
