This cozy house is located in one of the streets with pure Cuban flavor of Centro Habana, just meters from the Malecón Habanero.
It is a house on high, with large windows that fill the room with light and fresh air.
At disposal for our clients are the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, the balcony and the corridors that lead to the rooms.
To make your stay enjoyable we offer:
• Two comfortable rooms with private bathroom.
• Cold and hot water

• Space to store your belongings with hangers and security.
• Service every two days of rooms, or at guest's request according to your comfort.
• Delicious breakfasts and dinners, at the request of the client (extra charge)

In the living room they have furniture to receive their guests, with television besides that they can enjoy, a balcony for smoking and grades windows that provide light, ventilation and a view to the daily life of the neighbors of the neighborhood.
The rooms have a closet to store your belongings, private bathroom with hot and cold water, air conditioning, fan, bedside table and two personal beds.
We are at your disposal whenever you need it, offering any indication or information that you want to know about the city.
We will give you all the tips for a pleasant stay in your visit, we are kind people with many desires to receive special attention and feel like family.
We are here to answer any questions and give recommendations / instructions as needed.
We offer you a splendid breakfast service all morning with tropical fruits and juices, milk, tea, toast, butter, eggs, sandwiches, sweets and a delicious Cuban coffee, at only 5 CUC per person.
Note: Do not worry, your reservation will be respected, in the same way that we hope you notify us if you decide to cancel it.

About the Area
Typical neighborhood of Centro Habana, with many friendly neighbors. We exist in a block where another 9 families rent their house some of which can be found in this site.
It is an ideal area for those who want to know about Cuban culture, its typical neighborhoods and its idiosyncrasy, as it is full of bustling streets, criers, warm people of Cuba and old buildings that mark the history of the city. It also houses such emblematic places as:
• the National Capitol of Cuba,
• the Museum of the Revolution,
• the Royal Tobacco Factory,
• the National Museum of Fine Arts and
• the Gran Teatro Alicia Alonso
Just two streets away from the beautiful and enigmatic Malecón Habanero.

In the corner of our house you can find a state park that watches over the safety of the group of cars it cares for.
For 4 blocks in the folder of Hotel Deauville you can book tourist tickets for different areas of our country like Viñales, Varadero, Cienfuegos, Trinidad and others.

House Rules
You must be sure that windows and doors to the house are closed when they are outside, to prevent theft. If something breaks in the apartment during your stay you should contact the host immediately, so you can fix it as quickly as possible and pay for it. Do not remove furniture and appliances from the house for another place. Do not put loud music past 12 at night. You can not take drugs. They can not host other people outside the rental. Guests are responsible for using the apartment appropriately, as well as the behavior of the people who live in it, avoiding the alteration of the rules of the house.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
