Hospedarse en nuestra casa incluye un boleto al pasado, pues esta hermosa casa cubana construida en 1910 conserva toda la originalidad, y muestra de ello son sus pisos y vitrales. Su privilegiada ubicación permite ir caminando a lugares de interés como el Mercado Artesanal de San José, la Bahía de La Habana y la Alameda de Paula.

- El acceso de visitantes requiere la previa autorización del anfitrión y la presentación del documento de identidad (Visitors access requires host approval and the presentation of an identity document).
- En caso de un eventual acompañante y siempre que sea mayor de 18 años, deberá informar de inmediato al anfitrión y presentar los datos del mismo para su registro en el libro de huéspedes (In the case of a possible companion and whenever he is older than 18 years old, he must inform the host immediately and supply the information for his/her registration in the guest book).
- No autorizamos fiestas o eventos en el apartamento (We do not authorize parties or events in the apartment).
- Exigimos el uso de la caja fuerte para guardar sus artículos de valor (We demand the use of the safe box to keep your valuables).
- La rotura, extravío, daños o manchas de cualquier artículo del apartamento será responsabilidad del huésped y deberá pagarlo según lo establecido en la hoja de inventario (The breakage, loss, damage, or stains of any articles of the apartment will be guest responsibility and he must pay its value as set out in the inventory sheet).
- Deberá apagar el aire acondicionado antes de salir del apartamento (Turn off the air conditioner before leaving the apartment).
El huésped y su acompañante asumen total responsabilidad ante el incumplimiento de cualquiera de estas normas (The guest and his accompanying assume total responsibility for the breach of any of these rules).

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
