Yo soy Maria la mama de Milton el esposo de Yusimin. Somos una familia muy unida aunque vivamos distantes. Milton es professor de musica y toca piano y guitarra ademas de escribir musica por computadora.Yusimin le encanta la cocina y arreglar las flores, aunque a Milon tambien le encanta asi como a mi. Yusimin es contadora de profesion. Nos encanta recibir huespedes para conocer otras culturas y tambien nos gusta ayudar a otros cuando tienen problemas. No vivimos en el apartamento, pero estaremos disponibles para cuando usted nos necesite. Hay elevador y la casa esta protegida por rejas. Usted tendra sus llaves del apartamento.
I am Maria, Milton's mother and Yusimin mother in law. We are a tied family even we are not living in the same country. I am the conection between you and them.
Milton is a music teacher and play piano and guitar and a composer. Yusimin is an accounting. Both like to be helpul and service, they will help you in your needs as possible they can. There is an elevator, because we live and a 3rd floor.
In general our goal is you feel inour place like your own home.

House Rules
You can share other areas of the apartment. We dont smoke, but if you do, you can go outside. We provide a key for the entrance. You need to show your passport or personal identificaion if you bring a friend to show us, this is a government requirement.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
