The B&B is situated in the historical centre of Havana and is close to many tourist attractions and museums. Two windows ensure a nice well illuminated and air conditioned room for a maximum of two people and two children. The room has a minibar (drinks at an extra charge), a balcony and an en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a shower with 24/24 hot and cold water, a hair dryer, 110 and 220 V as well as a toilet.
The entire apartment consists of a dining and living area, a balcony, a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bath rooms.
We can offer a full breakfast, dinner and laundry service at an extra charge. We can also organise a taxi service from and to the airport. Also a Havana city tour in an old timer or individual excursions within Cuba are part of our offer. We can also organise Spanish classes and dance classes (Cuban salsa, authentic rumba and/or folkloric dances by a teacher from the Conjunto Folclorico Nacional de Cuba). Please enquire in advance for prices and availabilities of the teachers.
We are located at 200 meter from the Plaza Vieja, in the historical centre of Havana, a neighbourhood full of history, museums, squares, bars, restaurants and with typical and authentic people who make Havana such a special place. We want you to feel welcome in our home and you can be sure of a comfortable stay. As a real Habanera, I can help you with all your questions about the city and Cuban culture.
Se renta una habitación doble con baño privado en la Habana Vieja, con capacidad para dos adultos y hasta dos niños; la misma dispone de balcón a la calle el cual proporciona una agradable ventilación e iluminación natural, climatización, minibar (con cargo adicional), voltaje 110 y 220, agua fría y caliente 24 horas, secador de cabello y set de aseo. El apartamento tiene sala-comedor, balcón a la calle, cocina, dos habitaciones con su baño privado; el mismo está situado a 200 metros de la Plaza Vieja, en un entorno colmado de historia, museos, plazas, bares, restaurantes así como de los típicos y particulares habaneros.

- No visitors are allowed in the room.
- Cash payment within 24 hours of your arrival for short and long stays. Change will be given in the same currency as the initial payment.
- Check-out before 12 pm and check-in as of 2 pm. Late check-out possible at extra charge. Luggage can be kept until your departure.
- Loss or damage of keys will be charged at 5 CUC per key.
- Extra services such as laundry service, full breakfast and dinner can be offered at an extra charge.
- Please note that the room rate only includes a light breakfast (coffee or tea, milk and toast with butter). A full breakfast can be offered at an extra charge: coffee or tea, milk and sandwich or toast with butter, fruit, eggs, juice, pancakes, etc. (flexible depending on dietary specifics and availability).

The casa of Lianet is wonderfull. The location in old Habana is perfect. Room was clean. Breakfast excellent.

We had a fantastic stay at Lia’s Casa! The location is perfect because the apartment is right in the center of Havana Vieja. The room was really clean and had a nice balcony. Lia organised a taxi service for us to pick us up from the airport.
Lia and her family are so sweet! She makes delicious meals and made us feel very welcome at her casa. She also speaks English.
Lia knows a lot of good places in Havana and other places in Cuba. She gave us plenty of suggestions for Havana and other places like the snorkelling spot in Playa Larga at Cueva Los Peces. We went there and it was beautiful! Thank you so much for the suggestion!!

For our last night in Havana we stayed at Lianet's. It was perfect because the apartment is right in the center of old Havana. The room was really clean and had a nice balcony. Lianet and her family were really friendly. We would stay there again!

Hey, der Aufenthalt bei der Familie von Lianet war gut, Lianet ist hilfsbereit und spricht sehr gut Englisch. Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Nachtleben von Habana, aber trotzdem ist es nicht laut. Das Zimmer ist sauber, und klimatisiert. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig.

Lianet me prestou todo suporte necessário durante minha estadia, auxiliando-me com dicas de passeios, meios de transporte e comunicação. Foi muito atenciosa inclusive quando tive problemas de saúde, mantendo contato com minha família no Brasil.

Lia is a very nice and warming host. English and Spanish speaking. The room is very clean with its own bathroom. The location is very central in Havana Vieja. We will stay there anytime again!

Lianet is such a lovely host, very cute and clean place, we loved, that our room had also a balcony! :)
we think we should mention, that the en suite bathroom doesn't have a door, that fully separates it from the rest of the room. Nevertheless we loved our stay there, the breakfast was great and as we stayed for our last night in Cuba, Lianet helped us organize a taxi to the airport.February 2019
Fue un gran placer hospedarme en la casa de Lia y su pequeña familia. Lia es una chica súper agradable que ayuda en todo lo que necesites. La casa está muy bien situada solo pocas cuadras de la plaza vieja, se puede ir caminando a todos los sitios de interés en la habana vieja, también se puede ir al centro muy fácil. La habitación limpia y camas confortables.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
